View, bed, room service and guard. This people really help.

There was a constant noise that made it impossible to sleep or work; apparently, it was the ELEVATOR. The entire room RESOUNDED with it from start to finish. If I could upload an audio recording, I would. The receptionist—the very same woman who later made me go up and down twice—lied to me; she claimed the noise would stop, but it never did. Furthermore, they charged me a tax that had NOT been disclosed beforehand. I believe the "breakfast included" claim in the Booking.com listing WAS FALSE; in the end, they charged me for it. A tall young man at the front desk told me that I HAD (in addition to the included breakfast) the option to consume anything from the minibar, as I had a $20 credit. However, there was NOTHING in the room—only coffee. So, that claim was also FALSE. After the "included breakfast"—and BEFORE 11:00 AM—I could no longer access my room; my key card stopped working. When we went to the front desk to ask for help, they told me I had to pay $22, and they charged me that tax which had NOT been accounted for in the Booking.com reservation. The woman who assisted me provided terrible service; she made me go up and down twice because my key card wasn't working. She NEVER apologized for making us make the trip back down from the 25th floor.
