"No breakfast when paid for it!"

Staff and location were very goog

The booking was made with an inclusive breakfast. Site showed pictures of a fully cooked breakfasts but on arrival advised they were no longer doing cooked breakfasts. No refund/reduction offered - complained directly to hotel - no response. Rooms are now reduced in price, I assume due to the absence of breakfast but the whole thing stops it being relaxing and ruined the break!

"Avoid if you want a cooked breakfast"

Comfortable room, friendly staff

Having paid for a stay including a cooked breakfast they no longer have a working kitchen. So breakfast consisted of cereal fruit and a croissant in our room. Which, based on the room rate currently available, cost us £37.

Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms, very clean

We booked with cooked breakfast but due to a change of management this was not available and we weren’t pre informed
