ibis Nice Centre Gare

Over night stay, definitely not a comfortable hotel, the bathroom was child sized, first time I was happy about 8:00am checkout! 👀

The location was the best! The person who checked us in was very friendly. The reception is very dark. We chose Ibis because we wanted a hotel with a restaurant, but we were told at check in that the hotel had no restaurant. On the following day they posted menus on the elevator walls so I asked and they said that we had to order at the bar. The bathroom was extremely small. If we gain 5 more pounds we cannot use it anymore. Also, the rooms lack trash cans. There is only one in the bathroom and it is tiny. It bothered us to leave trash on the floor. We are not slobs. Another thing that would be nice is that if a hand towel was added to the bathroom. There's only two bath towels in all Ibis we've been to. We understand the chain will not change for us, but this is just our suggestions.

Great service and clean room. We really enjoyed our stay, but the hotel could do with a redec.

The one bed is really really small, the bathroom even smaller (i would say I am average asian size) - so probably not for people who are on the bigger side. It is clean though and very convenient if your plans would be to commute using the trains.

Only 5 minutes walking distance from the Nice Ville train station.

Ibis situated near train station which is convenient but the area around is not the safest and best. Hotel room is small, beds comfy but the the washroom was gross. There is a strong smell of perfume in the lobby and also in our room. Reception was okay and the lobby was inviting except for the smell.

Comfortable and clean in a great location with excellent facilities. We enjoyed the pool.
