"Good"

It is well located to the train station but a bit of a walk to the Promenade Des Anglais. The rooms are very basic and small. The bathroom was tiny. A basic hotel with basic facilities but it was clean. We stayed for one night and were glad to move to our next hotel.

"Convenient option near train station"

Pros: Near the train station, shops and tram stop. Pool was small but a nice bonus. Free water appreciated and staff were professional. Room cleaned well and daily. Only downside is the small, dated, poorly designed bathroom. But overall a great stay!

"Good location "

Location very good, easy walk to the beach or old town and right in the centre for shops,bars etc. next to the train station but you wouldn’t know it. If arriving by Air easy to get to from airport by tram or train. Breakfast good.

Great location and value for money but says there is air conditioning but in reality it is an air fan unit that cools but does not remove heat. Very warm room made for a sleepless night.

"Great position "

Great hotel with friendly staff. Right next to the train station. Only downside is the terrible entrance, it stinks of urine

It was close to the train station which was handy. Location was good; however, shower tank was really tight and it has curtain that always touches you. Bathrooms need an update for sure.

"Love Nice. Love Ibis."

I stay here every year (pre covid) and travel on the train to Monte Carlo for the tennis. It’s incredibly convenient for the train station. The staff are so knowledgeable, speak several languages and couldn’t be more helpful. The hotel is very basic but with the Ibis, wherever you are in the world, you know what you’re going to get. I look forward to coming back next year.

"Good Value. Desperately Needs A Renovation "

I’m a fan of Ibis hotels. But I have to say that this hotel is in need of an upgrade. The upgrade should have happened years ago. But it’s in a great location next to the main train station. Good prices. Good wifi. Very friendly and helpful staff. There isn’t a safe in the room. You need to check in your valuables at reception. Good value. 2 Star.
