Lovely place Comfy bed Clean Warm Quiet Would come back

Rooms are very nice and the staff are great. The room itself was way above expectations. Very pretty and comfortable and priced for Beccles rather than the property as the room elsewhere would be much more expensive.

No onsite parking and that was a bit of a problem. The bathroom is a wet room for the shower, which was very nice but leaves a wet floor.

I stayed at Swan House in Beccles for one very rainy, night in October while completing the North Norfolk Coastal cycling route. The double bedroom was beautifully decorated, large and spacious, with a modern Smart TV and a lovely, clean ensuite bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable, a great selection of teas and coffees plus a Smart TV on the wall. Everything was tastefully done and spotlessly clean! I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely rooms, lovely little area too, landlord and staff were very friendly

Windows were single glazed but id imagine the building is listed, so can't do much about that

Excellent location & staff were exceptional and the accommodation was fantastic
