Comfort, Nice quiet bedroom, Excellent host, hard to beat breakfast

Road was a little noisy but we had the windows open as it was such hit weather

Heather was friendly and attentive, greeted with a mug of tea and Dorset cake, very much appreciatedafter a long trip. Room was very clean and comfortable bathroom also very clean.

Little bit of road noise, but no fault of Heather, still slept well.

Road noise was not mentioned in the listing. It was incredibly noisy until the early hours of the morning which made to difficult to sleep. Owner argued loudly with family members over the phone whilst guests were having breakfast. Another couple arrived and owner increased the charges for them during their checkout stating she had forgotten to increase the rates to the summer.

Very clean and cosy. A comfortable stay with a good sized bedroom and adjacent (practically en suite) bathroom. I was given my own key so access in and out was easy.

Heather also acknowledges the road outside is a bit busy which takes some getting used to. Not a major problem though.

A very warm welcome from Heather and the lovely accommodation made for an enjoyable stay. I would recommend this B&B highly.

We both enjoyed our stay, shame about the weather but it is England in the autumn.

Heather was welcoming and friendly. Room was very comfortable and mine had a separate bathroom for sole use. Parking space on the drive. Property located on busy road. Tasty full English Breakfast. Local pub opposite serving food and drinks. Location great for New Forest access.

Heather is an absolute dream of a host, nothing is too much trouble! She makes it feel like home away from home. Thank you so much Heather, you were WONDERFUL.
