Sleep Inn South Jordan-Sandy

Questionable area at night. Don’t get me wrong, I’d stay there again, great staff. Convenient location for my needs. Right off the I-15 freeway. Teresa at the front desk was very helpful and also told me that the hotel is about to be remodeled.

Excelente costumer service. Teresa, the manager when ahead and beyond. She really care about our satisfaction and comfort.

Once attendant arrived at desk went through process of check in. Discovered no elevator had to carry Luddite upstairs. Once at my room door was open. The lock slip was wedged so the door couldn’t be closed. Checked room for other people. While watching tv, the tv kept giving message it needed to update. Happened every 10-20 min. Shows was grungy and I was already nervous about being safe in room with the unlocked door.

Was greeted upon arrival by a very pleasant woman who called me by name and thanked me for my business. The hotel was clean, and although somewhat dated, was still inviting. My room was clean and comfortable. I had to figure out the two tv remotes to get the tv to work, but once I figured it out it worked fine. Breakfast was very good with eggs, bacon and sausage and several other items to choose from with several beverages as well. I had an enjoyable stay and would stay here again.
