I asked for refund because I checked out early due to not feeling safe, and they said no. I was willing to pay for the day I stayed for just not how long I booked for.

"Stinky and uncomfortable"

Not much tbh

The bed wasn’t comfortable, my room smelled weird when I got there, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned well, the sheets on the bed smelled funky, and the heater/ac didnt work

"Great place, great price"

This was our second stay. The room was clean, the bed and linens were nice. Breakfast was good! The front desk attendant was very friendly. It was quiet even though it was right next to the freeway.

Nothing

The Room was completely destroyed we left and asked for a full refund we did not stay in the hotel. There were strange black marks on the ceiling, strange liquid on the desk the bathroom was the size of a pantry and the bed was from jail. Do not book here signs of bugs.

The connecting rooms and continental breakfast

The reason I reserved this hotel was because it had a indoor pool. Online it said the pool was open but when I checked in they told me the pool was closed. I would not have stayed there if I had known that ahead of time.

Absolutely NOTHING. Employee was rude & told me I couldn't continue my conversation with Booking.com's customer service rep in their lobby (trying to fix the hotels mistake) & needed to go "WAIT IN MY CAR & COME BACK IN ONCE I GET IT FIGURED OUT" !! WTF !! I HAVE A ROOM BOOKED & YOU HAVE MY DEBIT CARD ON FILE !!! THE AMOUNT OF DISRESPECT COMING FROM THIS EMPLOYEE. WAS INSANE. PERIOD. You're in the business of customer service. You provided anything BUT that very thing. Never again will I stay here.
