"BED BUGS!!!"

We're supposed to stay there for a weekend we found bedbugs in our room. The manager told us that they would refund us completely. A full refund gave us. The runaround told us not to leave a review. They called me back the next week and told me that they refunded the virtual card because we booked through bookings. Bookings told us that they did not approve a full refund so we got charged anyway anyways but didn't stay the full stay. Me and my husband still have videos and pictures of bedbugs. Room was Disgusting.

The room smelled. The air conditioner was not in good condition. The carpet needs to be changed. The mattress needs to be replaced. The shower door had 2 holes in the door that I could put my fingers through where the handle was supposed to be. Room 215.

Wonderful for the price The staff could not have been nicer and helpful Young, thin, dark haired young lady made my stay extra special!

Location is a little challenging because you really can’t walk to restaurants or the mall (no sidewalks) Took a Lyft and that worked out great
