The staff was welcoming and friendly and very helpful each time we passed them. They were very caring and helpful for our entire stay.

Breakfast was excellent and your could tell the staff took great pride in both the quality and cleanliness. Staff was also friendly.

I could not figure out the light that had some sort of motion detector on it. This woke me up a number of times.

Staff is unprofessional, rude, and disgusting. Left our 20 yr old in the room with her friend while we finished what needed for the evening. Check in went terrible. Tried to overcharge for pets. Male night crew immediately started harassing the girls and knocking on the door and they had to DO NOT DISTURB on because they just got back from swimming. Disgusting. Would not leave them alone while they called us scared because they didn't know what was going on and followed the instructions we gave them and this happened. We came back and gathered them and all our stuff and checked out. Do Not Stay Here. I am 45 and was uncomfortable as a person and a woman in the hotel. Should be classified as a motel.

When I booked, I was not informed that the whole building was under remodel. Pool was closed. Stairwells were blocked with construction materials, we had to step over things just to pass by.

The rooms were nice, the beds were big and fluffy, and we enjoyed them. The breakfast was great. It definitely exceeded expectations.

I was so sad that the pool was being renovated. When we booked our stay that information was not available or it didn’t show, and the whole reason we booked this hotel was because it had the pool and the kids all wanted to swim. Next, we stayed in a room where the cable would shut off when you turned off the light by the door. And that is like the brightest light in the room. And so we wanted to stay up and watch TV, but it was late so we wanted all the lights off, and so when we turned off the light, the cable shut off as well. The hotel is located in quite a bizarre place. If you need to go anywhere, you definitely can’t walk. You have to drive and even driving. There is really weird. It’s off of a frontage road.

When I booked they said the pool would be open but when I arrived it was closed and wouldn’t accommodate anything other than we could use the pool in a different hotel.

We stayed in a make remodeled room and it was beautiful! This hotel is remarkably quiet given that it's right off I-15. It's close to great subbing and shopping as well. We will stay here again!
