Prime Plaza Suites Sanur – Bali

Fabulous apartments and great for families, excellent pools plenty for kids of all ages.

Food menu needs some work if you were to eat there every day, breakfasts were great.

Staff really friendly, room Excellent, breakfast everything that you needed. Resort really good for both children and adults. 👌

The road in the front of the hotel was very busy so you couldn't really walk out there but the taxis were quite cheap. The rear exit is handy, maybe a ramp there might be helpful for pushchairs or wheelchairs.

Shower didn’t get overly hot. It was warm but I do like a hot shower.

We would recommend this resort style stay for families. 1) LOCATION is central in Sanur beach area; Beach is 10 min walk (via back gate); Shopping streets are 5 mins away; taxi to airport = 30/45 mins, but taxi time to other areas completely depends on the day & time (UBUD can take 1 1/2 ~ 2 hrs). 2) FACILITIES are good: main pool + second pool w/decent slide means kids are occupied for hours!; restauarnt & pool bar; big indoor games & play area hall for kids/teens incl. pool, video consoles, darts and many other games activities; books library in lobby; taxis available 24/7; decent main restaurant; gym is sufficient; towels deposit = take to beach 3) SUITES are quite large/long with big bedrooms, comfortablke beds and seating, huge open plan living/dining/kitchen area, TV screens, sufficient universal wall sockets; balcony with chairs & table; gas cooker hob is fine, fridge is large; water large bottle dispenser; can hand wash clothes and hang/dry in balcony; nice clean new-ish bathrooms 4) FOOD is decent w/ Breakfast having a sufficient spread and located in a pleasant area 5) STAFF are really good, genuine, helpful and of course friendly :) 6) LOCAL VICINITY is very interesting and charming = exit via rear door onto back streets & alleyways which have many little shops, cafes, restaurants - great for evening dinners, with entertainment to be found in many restaurants; it all leads onto the Sanur shopping main drag which is full of arts, handicrafts, textiles, clothing, etc... very nice atmosphere; the beaches are just a further 5 mins walk (water quality is just about "ok" but there is quite a lot of plastic/rubbish being washed up along seawalls and jettys (sadly this is common now around Bali, Phuket, etc)

Plaza Premium Suites is located on a main busy street, so when walking out front via main entrance it is busy & noisy/dusty (however exiting via rear door is fine as it goes directly into small quiet roads & alleyways in direction of Sanur shopping and beach). Property is aging and needs some upgrading, but overall it is very acceptable.

The in-house restaurant was actually really good. Pools were great. Beds and aircon were great

The size of the bathroom and shower was a bit small

Staff were great.

Pictures make the rooms look much nicer than what they are . Wasn’t what expected.
