The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. As required by Indonesian Government, all guests must scan on Peduli Lindungi QR code that’s available at the lobby area. For those who haven’t downloaded the application yet, you need to download it on Google Play Store or Apple Store. This application used to minimize the potential for COVID-19 transmission through the implementation of Digital Tracing with the aim of helping to track the mobilization of people who want to access hotel services. Please note that the Water Slide will be closed from 1- 29 February 2024. From January 25 to February 28, 2026, our Terrace Restaurant will be temporarily closed for a floor extension and renovation, aimed at enhancing your dining experience. During this time, breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served at the Kids Club movie area. In addition, poolside service will be available for lunch and dinner. Thank you for your kind understanding. "Superb Stay at Sanur"

Very clean facilities. Staff were great. Food at hotel resort restaurant was very yummy. The location is convenient, close to main attractions (beach, main shopping street, icon mall).

Great value for money. Rooms are spacious. Not overcrowded. Kids loved the slide and mini pizzas.

The rooms are big. The slide is awesome.

The windows don't open, they're screwed almost closed. Open enough to let the noise e.g. karaoke, movies or bands playing in the gardens in but not open enough to not feel claustrophobic. The pillows are a bit thick.
