A Birmingham downtown gem. Beautiful, cute, timeless & exclusive small boutique hotel with unique rooms and comfortable beds. Walkable to many attractions & restaurants.

A little quirky check in for a business traveler, but was very smooth and the hotel design is really well done! The pictures are dead on and the guest area with its balcony with super cool. The building has its own private bar on the top floor and looked pretty hip in the daytime and would at night would be fun for a drink.

There aren’t many words that can express the experience at The John Hand! However, it was exceptional.

Beautiful property, great staff, great location. They also went above and beyond to warn us of upcoming road closures which was helpful when checking out.

Excellent location. Fantastic staff. Conveniently located downtown next to a handful of great restaurants. Only 6 suites and a very nice experience.

The bed was so comfortable. The smell throughout the building and room was amazing. It was extremely clean. Best place to stay in Birmingham.
