Food, ambience and the overall stat experience was good

Proper guidance to reach wasn't provided. Reaching the place was a horrendous experience. Matheran is not a tourist friendly place. Would never consider going back

"Overall its one of the best place to stay in Matheran"

The place was good Very big and normal housekeeping staff were helpful specially the man helping with room locations and also adventure park guide

The receptionist weren’t that good And took extra charge from us for tea which we didn’t ordered and when it was delivered to us we thought it was complimentary they should have mentioned it

Property is pretty much near to market place & few points like Echo point, sunset point, Charlotte lake Point. Regarding food quality and quantity wise was good.

i paid for 7K for room just for stay and BF. Where as other many websites had lunch, dinner and Breakfast included at the same price.
