"Passable"

5.0

Monkeys and their attacks at the hotel was unmanageable. If that is sorted, stay would have been better. Food options can be increased in the buffet and Ala carte. Rooms were clean. But water availability at certain hours were not good.

Rooms are super exclusive and spacious

Food menu (buffet, hi-tea) pricing is on much higher side. Nothing available within walking distance (esp at night) but it's okay for one night stay. Hotel is a total of 3.5kms from Matheran checkpoint

Like - Location, food Dislike - Open area dinning furniture and cleanliness. Dinning tables are worn out, not immediately cleaned, chairs are not properly arranged. Gardens/ open spaces are not well maintained. The stair at Duplex room is steep, to use cautiously.
