Breakfast was excellent.

Little more maintenance required Like TV was not turned First day hot water not available etc

The Hotel is in the middle of forest and little far from the market and crowd. It's really a nice place if you want to separate yourself from the crowd. Rooms are old fashioned but It's kind of cool.

They didn’t prepare the room in advance Room service was bad, we had to take follow ups for packaged drinks

Location is OK or far from station for seniors

no cleanliness, no fresh good towels, rooms smells bad

The property was surrounded by lush green trees.

All of us could have been accommodated in a single executive room, this was informed to us by Byke reception staff ie after we reached there. We paid extra for one room which was by default included in the package by Booking.com. We paid extra for the room, which could have been avoided. More so one room had breakfast option other didn't. But while booking we did select the breakfast inclusion for both the rooms. Also, Byke told us that all the rooms has in built breakfast option which we were deprived of because there was a technical error made by Booking.com. So we paid for our breakfast (1 room, 2 pax). The unnecessary expense of room and breakfast was where we feel cheated and would think again if we would like to book with booking.com next time.
