"Total waste of money and mood."

Nothing at all except the location.

The hotel rooms were given to us in a corner of the property, one of the rooms was very dirty and oddly designed. Very inconvenient. The food was always served cold and wasn't even tasty. The rooms lacked basic amenities like hot water kettle, tea n coffee packets, hot water in the shower, etc. I mean, in monsoon season, these are basics. You don't deserve my money if you can't even do this. Worst part was, the staff is clueless about how to solve basic problems and not ready to take any responsibility at all. Pathetic. Shameful.

Hot water for bathing did not get. Hot water service is very bad. Tourist walked very much to see sight sceen. Hot water service must available 24hours. Hot water geser must be in every room

Worst house keeping , no one comes even after calling again n again to clean the room , towels are stinking, After spending huge of of money to relax . U don't get hot water in tap , Bad experience ever , I would never recommend any one to stay here...

I was sold the room at Rs.13000+ per room night but on expedia itself the price a day later was around Rs.4000. I understand demand and supply but why should this disparity be there. Can you please review and advise.
