"San Antonio Experience"

Great experience, I love the location and the service. The staff is amazing and the buffet breakfast is delicious especially the omelettes. I also had a wonderful experience with Rebecca HGV. I got an amazing vacation to Arizona and there was no pressure. I felt like I was talking to a long lost friend. You can tell she loves and believes what she is doing.

"Hilton Hotel near San Antonio Airport - Comfortable but needs updates"

We stayed at this Hilton hotel located just minutes from San Antonio International Airport. It’s a large property with solid amenities for business travelers and families: restaurant-bar, spacious pool, convenience store, Starbucks, fitness center, and multiple event rooms. Parking is a plus: free, with both covered and open-air options, and plenty of space available. Rooms are spacious with King size beds or double beds. For 1-2 night stays the value for money is acceptable and the hotel gets the job done. However, in my opinion the hotel needs some upgrades. Rooms require new mattresses and bathroom maintenance. It would also be basic to update the TVs to include access to streaming platforms like Netflix or YouTube, something most guests expect nowadays. The pool is spacious and on weekends it’s great for family time. The restaurant and bar provide good service, although the menu has limited variety. The only area where it falls short is guest service. Staff interaction could be warmer and more attentive. Overall, it’s a comfortable option if you need to stay near the airport for a couple of days. With a few renovations it would be excellent.
