Room was hot my entire stay. Thankfully I had my portable fan with me. The pictures online of the room are misleading. There was hair on the floor. No view of anything.

TV did not work, no matter how much we adjusted the ac, the room was still warm. Went to have breakfast and the restaurant was closed!!! Parking is in a lot across from the hotel.

We didnt get to stay in the room due to the air conditioning not working. There was no call ahead of time to let us know so we could plan accordingly. I called the hotel 3 different times that day on an attempt to check in early and the same person answered each time. He never once said there were any issues, just that they were full and people were asking to stay past check out time. There was no offer of any accommodations, discounts, or anything. Just a referral to the Embassy Suites. Very disappointed in how this was handled.

Moving our son to GCU. Perfect location from the school and in a nice area. Convenience was unmatched and the service all the way around was excellent!
