Lake view,clean bbqs lots of kitchen utensils and great ammenities.comfortable beds.towels provided. Easy to check in. Lots of birds,basketball courts.

Cabin needed some ventilation before arrival. More time to enjoy everything on offer.never available when we holiday. Blunt knives.

The views of the lake were stunning and relaxing! The cabin was spacious and the staff were friendly!

The cabins are a little outdated we stayed in a family cabin with the lake views. There wasn’t a decent sized lounge only a single one, no TV- I understand it’s the country vibe however with young kids at night would be great just for entertainment purposes. The bathroom was very outdated and the shower didn’t work properly. It was a great stay for an over night stay.

Nothing. We arrived at around 9 PM, got the keys, went out to the city, and came back close to midnight. That’s when we realized the rooms were absolutely unprepared. My room had no bedding at all. Just bare mattresses piled together like junk. Nothing usable. My friend’s room was even worse. They admitted it hadn’t been cleaned from previous guests, maybe even two rounds of guests. Inside were dirty dishes, leftover food on the table, an unmade used bed, and a bathroom that was filthy to the point of being disgusting. This isn’t poor service, this is total neglect. What we got for our money is unacceptable. Booking should not list places that treat customers like this.

Everything!!! At checkout the nightmare continued. We came to the office at about 9:30 AM, explained what had happened, and asked the manager why our rooms were in such a state. Instead of apologizing, he started arguing and throwing swear words at us. We walked away, packed our bags, and left the cabin at 10:00 sharp. At 10:05 we came back to the office to hand over the keys and complete checkout. The manager then tried to charge us an extra 50 dollars per person for “late checkout.” I have this entire exchange on video. If anyone wants to see how bad this place really is, let me know. The footage speaks for itself.

Close to lake. Clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. Friendly efficient check in
