Nice, easy location proximal to Forster and its south end beaches.

No linen or towels provided and although we spoke to the staff twice on other matters, they failed to mention this to make sure it was clear. We even rang to say we were arriving late knowing reception would be closed, and they still didn’t check to make sure we had linen and towels. Their website said linen was provided with all units. I have screenshots to prove it! Given it is a set up usually suited to school camps, with very simple furnishings, I thought the price was good but turning up to no linen or towels made me think the extra $30-50 to stay somewhere else with more comfortable furnishings would have been better invested!

Outdated dirty unable to lock the door from the inside required to pay for sheets if needed required to mop/sweep before leaving uncomfortable beds
