Camp Elim

the location is pretty good. Nice sunset on the lake.

No drinking. I didnt know it was a christian camp. Costs for renting the toys is steep. The power went off overnight which is a bit crook when you need to be re-charging you camper batteries. The mattresses have plastic covers!!!! Are you kidding?

Although we only stayed at Camp Elim for one night it was idyllic! We had a wonderful welcome and settled into our lodge just in time to watch a spectacular sunset across the lake. The lodge was comfortable, clean and well equipped and we had a great night's sleep. The following morning we hired a canoe and paddle boards, the 2 ladies who sorted these for us were so helpful and we spent a lovely hour out on the lake before continuing on with our journey.

Location was beautiful. Cabin was very spacious and clean. Was very quiet during my time there with maybe just one or two other people around. Would stay again.

There was no bed linen, but could be rented for a fee. We were unaware of this is out of the norm and I must not have read it beforehand.

This is budget accommodation at its best. Amazing location, clean, tidy, well organised space with plenty of space for a family or couple. Beautiful grounds with the lake a few steps from your door. It's quiet and peaceful. There's nothing not to like.

Some people won't like that it's alcohol free and you take your own linen. Didn't bother us in the least. Actually better without all the noise.

Great place didn't get to explore as we got there late then left early

The beds are a bit uncomfortable and there was not tv the kids wanted to watch the footy
