It’s was amazing. So clean. Tidy. Lovely decor. Jackie and Rob,the owners, were lovely. The breakfast was awesome. The location is close to the main road into Brighton. And the bus that goes on the coast road to Brighton.

The owners were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean. On street free parking was useful for us and the very regular bus service into Brighton was great.

The house and the room were lovely and the bed was very comfortable . The room was very clean and the breakfast area was great too.

There was nothing we didn’t like. I visited with my 9 year old daughter and she loved her stay too.

"It was perfect."

I liked everything. The owners were very pleasent and we had a few laughs. In fact we got on so well with them that we have booked another two weekends with them. Breakfast was also great . The room was perfect and the en-suite was lovely. We couldn't have asked for more. excellent.
