On arrival a very warm welcome and everything we needed to know was made clear to us There were two chairs in our room at the coffee table plenty of tea and coffee + milk no biscuits but we always take our own anyway A small balcony outside sliding glass door to access it Comfortable bed and en suite shower room

The £7 for a cooked breakfast but it was enjoyable

the hosts rob and jackie were so attentive and super lovely. they gave us our own key so we could come and go as we please which was nice. the continental breakfast was also lovely, there was an option for a cooked for £7pp per day, but we didn't opt for it this time

room was slightly angled so was quite tricky to walk around without hitting your head every now and then, but nontheless the room was lovely
