Jackie and Rob were very welcoming and friendly. Very nice room with comfy bed. Continental breakfast was very nice and plentiful.

"Great place to stay near Brighton."

Rob and Jackie were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Great value for money.

Can't think of anything, except would be good if you could park off the road. However this is a minor point and wouldn't stop us staying there again.

"It suited our requirements for a short stay"

The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast suited us but there was no choice and we just had what we were given. We would have expected some advice as to what was available

The shower was very compact and the bathroom lacked heating

Very spacious and comfortable

Could do with more lighting over kitchen area. Requires a curtain over patio door. Could do with a grab rail in toilet area.. just what we thought.
