Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Abendessen total liebevoll serviert. Mir wurde mit dem kofferversqnd geholfen. Es ist gut organisiert. In nur 500m ist das städtische Bad mit onsen sehr nett und gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite ein 24 std Supermarkt. Pyjama werden gestellt, fahrradgarage wird nachts abgeschlossen.

Das Einzelzimmer hat keine Tür, sondern einen faltvorhang (den man abschließen kann), der oben und unten offen ist. Das heißt keinerlei akustische Privatsphäre. Der Wecker des Nebenmanns um 6:20 war schön zu hören. Man hat eine abschließbare Schublade, wo ich vermute dass jeder Schlüssel die öffnen würde. Der Zugang zum Gästestatistik erfolgt über Handy Code, was zwar ohne Schlüssel funktioniert, aber als Methode langsam und durchaus auch nervig ist.

時期的なものなのかもしれませんが、数年前より明らかに人手が足りてないのが表れていて、レストランやバーの営業が縮小されてるのが寂しい

Location. Theres a family mart right across the street. And its very near the tatara bridge. If doing the shimanami kaido, perfect midway hostel point

The ladder going to the upper bunker bed. When you are tired after a days cycling. Climbing to bed is a challenge.

Stayed in a double bunk room that was very spacious with high ceilings. Very clean and modern facilities. Super convenient and setup for the shimanami bike ride around half way. Convenience store across the road. Let us drop bags at the cafe in the morning so we could ride unburdened. Welcoming chef and front of house staff at the cafe made our stay even better.

Sound travels from all the individual partitions. You can hear other guests snoring if they are close to your area because of the nature of the building and layout. They provide earplugs with this in mind. Unless another guest snores super loud near your pod, it is not an issue.
