Clean, comfortable accommodation at a great price. Location was great for my Shimanami kaido ride.

Bruyant, les chambres ne sont pas isolées du couloir par une porte, c’est juste un rideau donc on entend (bien!) les voisins ronfler. Pas une nuit reposante

Great location to split the Shimanami Kaido over 2 days to explore the islands a little more.

In order to access the rooms you have to have your phone on you and constantly scan a QR code before putting in a pin which is extremely inconvenient with things in your hands, or if you wanted to leave your phone charging in the room etc. There are strict rules about bringing your own food or drinks and you are not allowed to do so in the common areas during times when they want to sell you their own food, which is ridiculous as it leaves you little choice. Moreover, they lock the common area where the kettle is from 10pm-8am so you can’t even make tea/coffee if you are heading out early the next morning. They also lock the garage so you need to do the entire QR code fiasco again, and then lift and drag out your bicycle (a battery assist one is quite heavy) out a small side door. I cut my hand doing this after checkout and couldn’t even go back in to use a sink. Utterly inconvenient and unnecessary given everyone has a bike lock and/or you can bring the bike into your room.

Great facilities for cyclists - there is a secure garage outside to lock up your bike and our room included bike racks. Very comfortable beds, great showers, pyjamas and towels provided. Everything was spotlessly clean. We booked the 6 course dinner which came out very quickly and was delicious.

Fantastic location and amenities for cyclists. Would highly recommend to order dinner had a delicious and affordable 5 course dinner! Dormitory beds were incredibly spacious and large, facilities and amenities were fantastic. Even pyjamas were included!

Some people not familiar with dormitory/open accommodation environment so perhaps some signs with quiet time hours would be recommended.
