Impressive Beach View Penthouse

Amazing views and great location. It was our second time staying here and we will be back!

A couple of areas could have been cleaned better but on the whole it was fine.

We booked a penthouse for a family of 5, Was shown a totally different penthouse which was advertised on booking.com, got told i wont be getting the one advertised less than 24 hours before our stay. We was looking forward to staying where we booked but recieved apartment 118 which was absolutely filthy, dead flies on the window sills, the bathroom smelt bad like there was some sort of bad drainage, there was no toiletries only 1 piece of tissue in each toilet & half a bottle of cheap 99p handwash. The windows have large gaps with strong wind noise coming in which wouldn't allow us to sleep, we paid around £1200 for this by the way. Fridges were unplugged & off the sockets, had to move the fridge to get the plug & plug it in. I have complained several times to these guys & all i got offered was an amazon voucher which I refused, then got told I would get a call on Monday 11th Aug 25 & recieved nothing. Will have my legal team involved in this as this has very much ruined our experience there & will never be going there again.

The location was excellent. A well equipped apartment with excellent panoramic views of the sea and beach. The staff at StayBright (Chanel and Denisse) were both a pleasure to deal with - who provided clear instructions on direction and provided support and care, even allowing an early check-in. Great place to stay with basement parking being a bonus. All shops were within easy reach, including the city.

The location and views were incredible. Right on the beach, with a spacious layout and great natural light. The apartment has strong potential, and the scenery really is its biggest selling point.

The management and cleanliness were appalling. Despite repeated confirmation that someone would meet us with keys, we arrived close to 10pm to a locked building and no one there. Their phone line had already closed, leaving us (including my elderly parents) stranded until a building worker (who said this “happens all the time with Stay Right”) took pity on us and got us inside. Inside, we found a toilet that had been used and not flushed (!!), resulting in a strong, lingering odour coming from the ensuite bathroom that made one of the bedrooms essentially unusable. Dirty towels were found stuffed into drawers, and the entire place felt unloved and poorly maintained. While the team was polite over text and sent cleaners the next morning, their “compensation” on a £2,200 booking was insulting and hardly a serious gesture for what we endured.

Poor cleanliness, poor kitchen equipment, broken front lounge window that produced a high pitch whistle constantly during our stay, very poor communications with rental agency, poor and tired furnishings, no shower or bath soaps as stated, drain smell constantly on entering the apartment, odd cups and plates, no teaspoons, no washing up liquid, damaged bath panel that required painting, main reception room window required fixing other than the temporary Perspex fixing, no one on arrival or departure to assist, poor communications with stay wales (very poor at answering the phone), dirty bed linen on arrival

The location and the views were superb.

Mattress were not fit for purpose. Inadequate amount of bathroom towels. Pots and pans in very very poor condition, as well as roasting tins. Oven only has one shelf. Balcony area poorly maintained. Only one set of keys available between 8 people causing inconvenience. Advertised as 4 bathrooms but actually only 3 bathrooms.

It was huge, had literally everything we needed and the views speak for themselves. Incredible apartment, amazing location, right on the beach front and a short walk to town center. We had the best stay!

Nothing bad to say! I think it would benefit with a few more mugs and glassware but to be honest that’s only if I was to be super picky! Doesn’t change a single thing about our positive stay.
