The views are just amazing! Watching the sunset from the dinner table was a great experience for my family. There is plenty of space here and enough bathrooms for everyone. Plus the location is excellent.

The property has not been taken care of. The bathroom had condensation mould on the ceiling, shower curtain and around the bath. There are stains on the living room cushions and it had not been properly cleaned. We even found blueberries on the floor in the living room when we arrived and dead flies on the windowsills. I would agree with other reviews that the beds are not comfortable at all and the parking is very very tight. The set up for collecting keys is a total pain, you have to go into the restaurant next door, who ignore you for ages, to ask them for the keys. I then had to give them a code, which I was never given, so I had to go outside to ring the helpline to get the code, to then be ignored for another 10mins by the restaurant before being given the keys! Plus you only get one key, which is tricky with a family. Also, we couldn’t get the main tv to work.

The view and position

Unclean, mould in en-suite shower. Mould on walls in main bathroom, shower curtain black with mould. Very dusty in kitchen. Had 5 televisions but only 2 working En-suite toilet blocked.

The penthouse is incredible with amazing rooms and stunning views.

Cold tap takes ages to be drinkable due to size of building. Take bottled water

Instructions for accessing the property could have been a little clearer. Some minor maintenance issues with RVs

Could not find the safe for keys, tried contacting just stay and was nightmare to get hold of they didn’t know what my free parking was also even though it said this on my email

I was in the property to find there was others there drinking and making a mess in the room I paid a damaged deposit for they was not willing to leave so I was left with no option to go and after an hour of trying to get hold of stay right again and being left outside with no one to help or speak to they finally answered but put me in a different room smaller that what i originally paid for, I complained to them and all they said was oh you will have a good time, this was ment to be a birthday surprise that got completely ruined. There was constant banging that was coming from Upstairs all through early house. Never again will I book
