Impressive Beach View Penthouse

The property was amazing! Excellent location and facilities.

Some of the windows did not open and no blinds at the living room windows so when the sun was shining (which I am not complaining about in Wales) it was quite bright and we sat with sun glasses on lol

The location was amazing , one side right on the beach and the other the marina , a short walk to the town centre . The views from the apartment were stunning

There was no air conditioning in our apartment and when the sun shone due to all the glass it was really hot and uncomfortable in the lounge as we could only open a couple of the windows . The parking, if you have a larger car it might be worth paying for the public car park next door rather than continually struggling to get in and out of the car

The size of the apartment and location. The view was amazing.

Not totally black out blinds so woken early by the sun Bit noisy could hear toilet flushing above

The view was outstanding…

Unfortunately as they are apartments noise travels and wouldn’t recommend going with a young family

Views were out of this world You could just turn the sofa around and look out the window day and night

Nothing not like

Food is not provided. Fabulous Location, great facilities.

Not much to say, if I’m being picky; Small insect on floor in bathroom at night. Some windows did not open.

This is a very spacious property providing a 360 deg view of Swansea.
