Housekeeping was on point. I was staying for 2 nights and they made sure I needed more towels.

Room was a bit small . Valet was a bit annoying. They say you can put your request in 15 mins early but you still have to wait longer. Sometimes it’s only one person at valet. Location is good but if you wanna go to places not in Miami Beach it’s 20-30 mins out . Hallways to go to your room is long

Loved the location and the decoration of the hotel

I thought it was a little bit run down. The carpet was stained, doors didn't match and the countertops on the bathroom were stained, also the tyle in the shower looked moldy.

Mój pobyt był związany z udziałem w konferencji medycznej, jednak fakturę wystwiono mi imiennie, a nie na firmę, jak prosiłem... Pomimo wielokrotnie wysyłanych maili z prośbą o korektę faktury i przekazywanie danych firmy, hotel nie wystawil faktury korygującej... Co więcej, interweniowałem także przez Booking.com. Firma przekazywała tę informację hotelowi... niestety bez efektów.. Nikt z personelu Hotelu Gates nie zadał sobie trudu w kwestii wystawienia skorygowanej faktury do dnia dzisiejszego (3 miesiące minęły i wciąż czekam....) Bardzo nieprofesjonalne podejście do klienta....
