Love this location. The property is fantastic with plenty of events and a beautiful and inviting main floor with the bar and pool. Less than 3 minutes walking from the beach and almost any store you could need. Nothing beats this place.

Came to the gates hotel for swim week ! The bellman, Bob, was absolutely great, he approached us upon arrival & took our belongings up to our room within minutes. Checked on us throughout our stay while we were working the event & then helped me with my belongings on my way out as I checked out as well!

A package addressed to me was delivered to this hotel and the staff explicitly confirmed that they had received it and were holding it for pickup. Based on those assurances, I sent someone to collect it. When he arrived, the package had vanished. What followed was even worse. Management, front desk, and hotel staff failed to provide any explanation, failed to show any genuine effort to investigate, and failed to take responsibility for property that was under their custody. After repeatedly confirming they had the package, they simply stopped responding. The package disappeared while in the hotel’s possession, and to date I have received no answers, no investigation results, and no resolution. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend staying at a hotel that has proven to be so unreliable and unprofessional.
