Great location, on the front next to the tram stop. Lovely staff, very caring and nothing was too much trouble. Great breakfast, definitely not stingy on portions!

Everything about the place was amazing. The hosts were very nice people. Where the hotel is located is good with a tram stop outside so you could easily travel around Blackpool and Fleetwood Town...

"Great weekend"

Staff were amazing, friendly, nothing was to difficult. Room was clean and warm. Breakfast was brilliant fresh and tasty.

The stairs haha we were on the top it was a workout but still loved the place.
