Sharon was very welcoming and friendly! Nothing was any trouble, cozy clean, comfy, fabulous breakfast and choices! Perfect for our two night stay! Location on sea front in bispham not far from local shops and restaurants, although parking on the forecourt it’s first come first served, it wasn’t to bad to park around the area as it is illumination season so it was busy!

We think the hotel is in a prime position to travel too and from Blackpool , there are trams and buses regular, The hotel it's self is lovely the owners are excellent and nothing is too much trouble.

The Hotel was lovely, breakfast extremely delicious with options of cereal, toast and jams, fresh fruit, fruit juices, pancakes, tea, coffee, and full English. The owners dud everything to make me feel welcome. I look forward to staying again. Im also female and staying alone and felt safe.

Everything! The price to quality ratio is amazing! Yes the room is small but honestly it fitted my need perfectly. It was extremely clean and warm. The bed was very confortable. Loved that we could access the dinning room at all time to eat or work. Breakfast was lovely. Location was perfect as I was there for a workshop happening litteraly next door. Extremely warm owners that make the stay even better. 10/10
