Waffle night and the elephant towel welcome was loved by my daughter. The staff were pleasant and gave my husband a gift for his birthday which was lovely especially as I informed them last minute. I will say the dinning area was always clean and there were cookies! Fresh breakfast but arrive early if in a rush as the breakfast is freshly cooked after placing an order. There was no option to pre-order breakfast to the best of my knowledge.

It will be good if the carpet is washed in Room 5. It was obviously brushed but still looked funny. This was the only thing that I didn't like. The entrance carpet was very clean and that was the expectation I took to the room, thus my disappointment and distaste. If this hotel considers putting in a little fridge it will be so much of a benefit and I am sure families with little kids would love it over the holidays (so yogurts and cold meals could be kept, rather than having to go out each time to purchase). The location was quite and not crowded but it meant travelling to the tourist spots.

How Sharon and her helper were absolutely lovely so friendly both always smiling. Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was enough to last all day. 🍳🥓🍞☕️

Missing out on the Waffles night and climbing those stairs as we were on 3rd floor and I struggle with them. 😟😒
