"A great place to stay."

We had a fabulous stay. Martyn and Sharon, the proprietors couldn't have been lovelier! The room was so comfortable with great beds. We had a sea view which was great. The breakfast was superb. This hotel is also so well located for the tram stop which you can see from the hotel, it is so close. I highly recommend this hotel!

Perfect stay with children firmly in mind. Family friendly run hotel. Breakfast was fab, room was comfortable and the ability to use dining room to take in own food in the evening was great.

"An all round great location at the quieter end of Blackpool seafront."

A warm welcome was given by the owners of the hotel. The breakfasts were excellent with cereals and a full English breakfast on offer. The service was very good and the room I stayed in was very comfortable, clean and tidy, as was the hotel in general. A very good experience. The hotel is also close to nearby restaurants for evening meals.

Maybe the coffee served up for breakfast could have been more tasty, as its flavour was a bit nondescript.

Breakfast was lovely.. even had oat milk. Asked for extra pillows and got them. Nothing was to much trouble. Was very clean.. fresh smelling...

"Lovely family friendly hotel"

Very friendly and welcoming hosts. Family room spacious. Breakfast was delicious. Location great near tram stops, shops, places to eat and the illuminations
