Great breakfast buffet with plenty of options, and you get to enjoy it with an amazing ocean view! I stayed in the Queen Deluxe room, and the price was super reasonable for an amazing view. My room had a direct ocean view, which was absolutely crazyy!! you could actually hear the waves from your room, it was that close! The room had everything I needed and was super clean. I checked in at 5am, and the front desk was still able to accommodate me. They have 24-hour service. No sketchy dark alleys here, just a nice resort vibe. Some other hotels had scary paths with dark areas and dogs, so if you're traveling alone, this is definitely the best place to stay. Plus, it’s really close to the airport!

I was accidentally double charged on my credit card, but as soon as I reached out to them, they quickly called to confirm my bank account details and transferred the amount right away.

Could be cleaner and more presentable especially the pool and pool area. There were barely any chairs set up around the pool and the ones there were broken.

Excellent location, close to the main town, and with good food options and convenience stores nearby. Lovely beach. Excellent resturant LOCATION, but the food was always cold, and the service was exceptionally slow most of the time.

There's a lot of complaints here, so let me preface with - we usually stay at places at the same price across SEA, and have done so for over two years of travel time now. Never experienced anything this deceptive/generally 'bad'. Any and all of these things below are pretty normal - just not all at once, and with no personality to the place to forgive it. In no particular order: Rooms didn't have noted features - balcony, for example, was not attached to the room and had people smoking on it. People smoking in the halls without staff dealing with it. A HUGE (maybe 6m x 6m, double garage sized) pile of rubbish bags outside out room for DAYS. Food poisoning from the (VERY slow) resturant, where all food was - at best, and rarely - warm, NEVER hot. Watched another too-polite couple wait over an hour for a very simple order. TV didn't work half the time, nor the wifi. Included breakfast was cold sausages, recycled/yserday's bread, and if it ran out (and it did - many guests would take a pile of food for their table and not even touch it...), it would not be replaced. Ask for eggs a certain way, even with translate apps, and you were met with the server just not wanting to do it - so they ignored you/'blanked' you. Dirty rooms, to the point where my baby would crawl on our bedroom floor, then need a shower. When we booked, the listing stated 'Recent renovations', however I didn't see ANY evidence. Don't expect a tennis court - they list tennis equipment, but the court is part of the aforementioned rubbish dump. The cleaners are just plain rude, forcing you from your room and smiling once - despite our good-mornings and apologies for being 'in their way' - the whole time we were there. If you're a social traveller, don't bother. The other guests largely come from a specific country (look at the review's names here, if interested), who aren't interested in social interaction.

Location was perfect. Staff was friendly. Territory and the beach were an advantage of the hotel. Beautiful sunsets in the evening. Beach bar was very popular in that area so it was crowded every evening. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant a couple of times and we liked it very much. On Tuesdays-Thursdays-Saturdays there is live music.

Everything is old and hardly functioning. Very strong smell of mold. Reception informed us that we were given a renovated bungalow however it was old, we asked to move us to a fresher room and they did so in a couple of days. Renovated room was not much better than the old one. Breakfast is poor and restaurant area is dirty. Food was not replenished in time. The dishes were washed by a woman, not a dishwasher. Toiletries and beach towels have another hotel name. The door could not be completely closed. The hotel needs a caring hand!
