Hawaii Resort Phu Quoc

Staff listen to my complaint about wifi and it was fixed fairly quickly.

Room was a little old but still, every thing works.

The only positive I can say about this hotel in the beach location but you can walk along the beach to take advantage of this, no need to stay at the hotel.

The room was very dated and falling apart. The toilet seat didn't fit the toilet. The cabinet door came off when opening. There was damp coming through the room wall and the bedding was old and too small to cover the bed. The corridors smelt of smoke and there were cigarette butt's left in the stair well. The pool had no sunbeds around in and along with the tennis court and surrounding buildings looked like they hadn't been used in years. Overall it was dirty and not a place I would return to. We checked out after 1 night of a 4 night booking and stayed elsewhere.

Very clean. The facilities were basic but fine. Great location with access to the beach from the hotel. Breakfast was good for the money and it was lovely to each next to the beach. The beach bar had brilliant food.

The room was cramped with 2 beds in. No where to hang clothes to dry. TV did not work. There were only 3 sun loungers at the pool!!

It was right end to the beach and many restaurants. The beach was clean and the water was nice. Breakfast was ok and the beach bar had a good selection of drinks.

The wifi was quite bad. Mostly didn't work while we were there. While the beach was nice, theirnwerenr enough beach chairs. People go out super early and save them all. The beds were quite hard and sheets/blankets where soft, but that's typical. Breakfast had many options but does lack in filling vegan options (only fruit and vegetables and noodle soup if you ask for it without meat - but broth is probably still meat based). The beach restaurant is the same with no main dishes being vegan (they have fried noodles with vegetables but mi noodles aren't vegan). The pool was okay but the area was unkept.

Not maintained for at least the last 20 years, dilapidated, weak wi-fi or doesn’t work at all, breakfast not refilled, I ate a hamburger at beach restaurant, worst in my entire life, almost puked. Same quality of their pizza. Avoid this place, for similar money you can get much better place nearby or on the entire island. There was not enough sun bed on the beach, everytime all were busy.

Dilapidated buildings, totaly not maintained, it looks like an urbex place… In our room there was not hot water, no wi-fi in our room, can’t close the window.
