"Acceptable accommodations, but not worth the price that was charged"

The reason I booked at your hotel was because I have MCS (multiple chemical sensitivity). I am pleased that the room was free of any fragrance or chemicals that bothered me. I also didn’t smell any fragrances in the sheets, which is much appreciated.

The staff had used some fragrance in the lobby when I checked in. The staff said it was because the hotel was pet friendly but they needed to cover up the smell. I didn’t smell it when I checked out. Also, I expected the hotel facilities to be in a little bit better condition for the price that I paid. I’m not sure why this particular hotel cost as much as it did. Mattress could’ve been softer. I would have liked to have been able to leave the bathroom fan on for white noise, but I didn’t see any way to turn the bathroom fan on. For the cost of the room I think my dog should’ve been able to stay for free instead of an extra charge.

"Our original reservation was suddenly cancelled on us due to over booking and we had no choice but to stay here."

That it was available and the lady at the front desk was nice.

The beds were uncomfortable, the air conditioning unit was super loud, ice machine was disgusting, breakfast was gross and the trash was over flowing.
