"But, the price"

Location,price, and breakfast

The cleanliness or lack of, ridiculous seating options in the lobby. The seating in the lobby looked filthy and was stained as well as impractical, due the extremely low height of the seats. I had to waited over 20 minutes to check in due to the hotel receptionist being on the phone. The gym was just a treadmill and an elliptical that would have been ok since it's a smaller hotel,but the gym was very dirty, the floor had food and other debris all over it. There were stains on the toilet seat in our room. The room had the smallest window ever. However, with all that being said I would still stay there again because the room itself was clean and well appointed. We were able to get additional room supplies very efficiently and the price pretty much matched up with the property, oh and the breakfast was acceptable.

Very cozy, friendly staff, great location and good breakfast.

The wifi was awful. Couldn't get any work done on my laptop because the wifi would constantly disconnect or have a signal strength so weak it could barley load Google.

"Don’t Expect Much"

Location was nice as we had business to do in that area. Breakfast was served nicely, cleanly but was the standard hotel meal. Bed did sleep well and comfortable.

Furniture was warn and used up. Room was dingy and dark. Old carpet, old lampshades, old chairs, old and used. Just not inviting at all.
