We paid more for this hotel than others on our trip - so I was expecting more. Hyatt Centric on Battlefield Rd would have been better and a bit cheaper, but I chose an uograde. I ended up putting earplugs in - traffic noise was tolerable. Wish we had room not facing hwy. Breakfast upset me - PFAS nightmare. No glass or ceramic for coffee, no non plastic utensils - everything it seemed was encased in plastic. Ugh.

Breakfast needs to be revamoed. Overpriced for a very ordinary hotel.

This is our go to place to stay in Springfield. It is close to the highway and several food options. The staff is very friendly. They also have room to park larger vehicles and trailers.

Very nice, spacious clean room. Room was well stocked with everything needed. Plenty of parking.

It had been raining badly so there was some dripping from the ceiling in a common area. Breakfast and the breakfast area was uninspiring. Not walkable to anything of significance.
