Few minor decor issues, no towel in downstairs bathroom, no washing up facilities

Great to stay and eat at the same location. The food and beer did the job!

During the week the breakfast is provided in a box in the room which consists of mainly long life packaged food. I'd prefer a coolked breakfast but this only on weekends

Staff, pub and food all very good and comfortable. Good value for money too. Continental breakfast worked well. Bathrooms large and room warm. Let down by other guests and noise.

The room opposite had two girls/women in and giggled/laughed loudly until I finally feel asleep at 1.40am. I didn't want to knock and approach them. I tried to phone the pub number but no answer. I didn't want to make a fuss. I emailed the Free Spirit Pub company in the morning to advise them and as I have not heard an acknowledgement or apology today I feel I need to make this review. Rooms are noisy is my summary and guests are noisy.
