I like the location.

The attitude of all the staff at the front desk I came in contact with was very unprofessional except the lady called Wendy who does her job well. While checking out, the staff asked for a payment of late fee despite the fact that we still have a night more to spend. She didn't check their records for information she was just too rude. Our beddings weren't changed throughout our stay even when we requested for them to be changed. The cleaners only comes to the room to dress the bed and replace the towels. They didn't wash the toilet or take the bin out.. The hotel smells very awful and the carpets are very old and dirty and should be removed they are irritating. They need some cleaning agents with good fragrance and professional cleaners.

the rooms was dated! the shower didn't work! the room telephone didn't work! It was Roach infested! the furniture was stained and dirty! the air in 208 was out! Also the smell of smoke was outrageous! And Jr the guy that checked me out blame me for the ashes in my room kept my 100 deposit and said its wasn't a manger on duty and he didn't have a number for me to call! homeless people hanging around the place 🙄 DON'T BOOK HERE!

It was a very horrible experience, I flew out there for a soccer Tournament and 3 of our cars tires were stolen that’s 16 wheels totaled. They have no cameras

The hotel itself was great. The only issue was I had no hot water in my room all 3 days. Biggest problem. Nice area. Amenities were good. Water was bad

I was expecting so much more from the website, until i got there and was greeted by a rude young lady at the front desk. There is a $100 incidental charged (per room) in case you decide to steal those paper thin curtains. We then proceed to our room and on the way we see holes in the ceiling near the lobby, we see buckets set up to catch water and the place reeked of mold. We get to our rooms and the rooms weren't clean. We found lashes on the side of the nightstand, earrings on the floor, red stains in the carpet, hair on the bathroom floor and again, the room reeked of mold. I went to the front desk to speak with management, but of course she wasn't there. I called guest relations and was told the complaint would be escalated. We had to book a room elsewhere due to me being allergic to mold. So i am now out of almost $1k on hotel charges. And they are refusing to refund my money although i did not stay here at this filthy hotel. This case has been escalated 5 times and still have not been refunded.
