The rate was decent for three rooms Kids was able to swim

I reserve three rooms one smelling like cigarettes. The walls needs to be clean, we seen one or two roaches in each room, first night the bed was comfortable Second night I had to switch rooms because of the shower broke the bed was Uncomfortable They say they ran out of clean towel Sent my daughter down to Get cups Out of cups

Upon entering the hotel, it smelled dirty. When we entered our room, there was a live roach on our door. The hallway had food crumbs on the carpet for the whole stay (weekend). Light fixture had stuff leaking. Just overall, not a good place.

Nasty hotel , black lady that work there rude.Everything I ask her on how to get accommodated she couldn’t do it or couldn’t get me to someone to speak to. The hotel Didn’t accommodate my stay. After showing pictures of how the rooms.
