Dirty carpets, linens, stains on sofas, suddenly the room I booked became NOT available and I was sent to a much smaller room I didn’t want. This actually happened twice already. Always different excuses Look, I together with few other members of a group, have been using this place for at least the past 5 years in a row. We tend to participate at events at Trafford City and the reason why we have been using this place to stay over weekends. This place used to be run by a chap named “Tony”. Until he decided to sell the business end of 2024. Since then this has been a problem after problem and in constant decline, service very poor, no more breakfasts, you never get what you paid (yes, this is my second failed attempt so I am speaking from experience. Not a one-off situation). The new management always come with excuses, the room doesn’t work, something happened, so sorry followed by absolutely everything u claim for, rooms are now with stains, things that were replaced have been replaced with cheap poor quality items / like a wooden door of a bathroom! The shower replaced with a cheap electric heater. They will send u wrong information by emailX by SMS, and the ding on the cherry: they barely speak English. So a person who might come to assist you doesn’t understand a word of what you are talking about. And you (Booking.com) are representing this business by promoting it through your platform. Which makes you also responsible. PS: Please read the recent comments received on trust pilot.
