Bed comfortable, location.

Dirty, old, poor room amenities, staff inexperienced, room not ready, restaurant awful.

The perfect house for a family trip to the shore! Everything is neat, clean, charming and up to date. Walking distance to waterfront, restaurants and cafes.

Nothing! Parking could be tight for larger cars, but we have a compact so it didn’t matter to us.

Absolutely terrible experience at the Sea Crest Hotel in North Falmouth. Our room wasn’t even available at the 4 PM check-in time. The front desk line was backed up with at least 20 people, everyone frustrated, and the only explanation we got was “housekeeping is behind.” No apology, no communication, and they couldn’t even give an approximate time for when rooms would be ready. The service throughout the hotel was just as bad. The bar and restaurant staff had awful attitudes, acted bothered to help guests, and the service was painfully slow. On top of that, the hotel itself did not feel clean or well maintained. Completely disorganized, unprofessional, and overall a very disappointing experience.

OK so we went from May 8th until May 11th. I booked this 25th Anniversary back in December of 2025. I requested an Ocean Front first floor room as we have had over several years of staying there on our anniversary. I even called a month before our stay to confirm the request I had made at the time of booking, and it was confirmed. When I went to check in, I was told that they didn't have any Ocean Front 1st floor rooms available, this was very disappointing but yet it didn't seem to matter to anyone working the front desk. I could go on and on about our stay however I would leave it up to you all to decide if you want to stay there! After several years of staying there I do not think I will stay again. For other options, check out the Blue Water Resort in Yarmouth. They seem to care about their guest.

The good: the location right on the beach, especially if you can swing an ocean front room if fabulous. The bad: Room was ill-kemp, grout dirty, finger marks left on doors, coffee drips on cabinet under countertop, floor sandy, and worst of all the pillows *stank of dirty laundry.* The windows looking out to the ocean were filthy, fortunately we had Windex and paper towels in our car and we cleaned them ourselves. Daily housekeeping also poor, surfaces not cleaned, floor not swept, left with crumbs and sand all over. Public spaces and hallways are also dirty and in shabby, worn condition. Carpets needs replacing, tiles falling apart around pool, etc, etc, etc.

We planned this trip months in advance and so looked forward to be here. We were told that the resort was BEAUTIFUL. Our reality was a dirty facility that was very run down. We had a second floor room which overlooked the roof and heating and cooling units. The bathroom lights and towel bars were rusted and the tub/shower was dirty. Hallways and elevator had garbage on the floor. We had to remake the beds so we could get under the sheets. Advertised restaurants weren't opened, only the Lantern. Saddest part of all was we were booked for 4 nights. Definitely not worth the money!
