Extended Stay America Select Suites - Chicago - Naperville - West

Had people blowing smoke in my ten year olds face and blocking entrance into hotel lobby while we carried in bags by ourselves. Had a dog barking at us all night. Bathroom smelled of urine and sheets were stained and smoke smell all through hotel. Garbage everywhere . Impossible to find staff

My room was run down. Window didn't lock (first floor room) which is not safe. There were cigarette burns on the vanity top in the bathroom and it's a non-smoking room. The hallway smelled like marijuana the whole day I checked in. Staff were very nice. The maids do the best job they can with the condition of the room.

Took like 45 minutes to check in to my room. And my room was dirty. Sheets had stains and kitchen area had been used

I never got my money back Even though they sold out rooms Closed the desk early I asked them to check the cameras. Do not ask me anything about this Hotel

It’s close to the expressway and plenty of places to dine at , and it was very peaceful and quiet!

No where to park close but it was ok , I managed to find a decent spot!

It's nice and okay, but it needs some work. The smell needs to go and a update on the entire building needs work. Front desk was nice, but work needs to be done immediately

Check in staff was super nice. Suites were comfortable and spacious

Sheets were a bit starchy
