Very ghetto.. Loud guest.. dirty restroom.. Smells bad.. Bit by bedbugs I believe.. Will never return.

I reserved a room on hotels.com. When I arrived at the room, it was infested with roaches. I went to the front desk to inform them. The attendant told me that she would refund my purchase within 2 to 3 days.

The front desk was very nice and polite. Brenda was very helpful any questions I may have. Rooms was clean. It was plenty of parking in case you have a big company truck. They keep up with there lawn care and keep up with trash on their property. House keeper was very polite also.

Luggage carts are disgusting. The person checking me in smelled bad, had yellow hands and beard from smoking so much! Most of the staff was outside all the time smoking!!! Floors were sticky everywhere!!
