Room was smart and clean. Shower was very good. Soap and shampoo was plentiful. Bed was fine with plenty of pillows. Breakfast was available as extra but was worth it. Great having the pub and restaurant food available throughout the day. Staff were welcoming and pleasant.

Not enough cupboards for storing clothes. Not a great deal of natural light in the room, albeit the lighting was very good. The door access card stopped working twice, but was resolved quickly. It could do with a soap dish in the shower.

Clean functional rooms, near the station, in a pub, cheap food and drink. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Good pillows. Quiet room couldn't hear pub noise on this level at the top. The room was hot, but got a fan from the manager.

Rooms too hot, storage minimal, shower not very powerful, minal choice of teas and coffees could have more choice, towels not changed after day 1.

In a pub, near to station, cheap food and drink, comfy beds.

Room was too hot, coffees and teas were minimal and could have a better choice, shower didn't have much power, bit more storage would be handy. Walls are quite thin. Had trouble with keys for entry to corridor and rooms.

room very hot - it was February. Opening windows was too noisy as the church bell rang on the hour, all night, and the freight train was running during the night behind the building Pillows terrible.

Good room in a lovely sports bar and friendly staff.

Rooms are amazing. Staff friendly. Easy check in. Totally different to what I remember 12 years ago when we got married and guests stayed here

There was a lot of noise coming from the bar up to closing time. The breakfast was not well catered. Due to timescale, we only wanted a continental breakfast. We had Weetabix, tea and toast, but it took a long time to get the toast. So much so, we literally buttered it and left. It almost felt like they weren't really set up for breakfast.

Breakfast definitely - too slow and when we walked in at 7:20am, we were the only ones in the restaurant and we thought the continental breakfast was out but it wasn't. The gentleman was very friendly but I didn't expect toast to take so long. Also the bathroom door squeaked badly so was afraid to go to the toilet so I didn't wake my sister up. We stayed in Room 3
