Advantage Court

30 minutes after I booked this property through ORBITZ, I tried to check in, using both #s I was given for the property and neither answered. Customer service called twice over 20 minutes and left messages with no response. I had to book elsewhere and have yet to receive a refund despite contacting ORBITZ several times. Awful.

Great and unique place

Cool setup. Really nice place, high quality. Comfortable bed and nice homey feel/vibe.

Attendance by phone ??? Shared Bathroom !!, all the door with clave !!!, 9.3 miles from Downton???

1. Bedroom was cold upon arrival 2. 3 people in a two-person bedroom that talked loud until 3 AM. You have to remember 3 codes in order to get into the home, the bathroom, and your bedroom. 4. I had one of the occupants park behind me in my designated area so I could not get out of the garage to attend a business meeting on time. 5. I asked the property management person to have the owner call me, but the owner never did. 6. I asked Orbitz to assist me with problems I was having but they never did.

Perfect set up, just what i needed!

We would stay here again if we reserved the main bedroom that had its own bath. Sharing a bathroom with another guest was less than desirable. The bathroom that we shared could use a touch up paint and the blinds were dirty. The window sill in our bedroom was really dusty. The common areas were great, clean, updated. Everything smelled very nice. Loved that there was a laundry to use. It will be nice when they put in the pool! I would stay here again!

The check in and check out process extremely easy. We felt the pictures and description was very accurate. And we had our deposit returned within 24 hours after checking out. Although my husband and I are local it was a nice quick excursion, we’d recommend this property to family and friends visiting. Very nice.

This is a house that rents out the bedrooms. The listing makes it seem you will have the house to yourself, no you don’t. Every door is locked using a code and the bathroom is shared with the other people staying in rooms there. This is more like a hostel.

The owner is beyond RUDE. This is NOT a hotel as Expedia lists. Its a house. Should be listed on Airbnb. The property itself is ok in a residential area. IT IS A SHARED BATHROOM AND NOT COVID COMPLIANT. When I addressed this with the owner, she was rude and attacking and then emailed Expedia saying that I was hostile towards her. I was clearly upset that I was stuck in Las Vegas with nowhere to stay at 4pm at night and she refused to refund my money. Expedia does not list as shared bathroom. The house rules she sends you clearly states private bathroom, not shared. However she chose to ignore these facts. If you do rent, make sure not to call the property manager to early in the morning because she will then say you bothered her. Very rude as well. Even though on the instructions you have to call her, leave a deposit, nowhere does it state times to call or not call. After, I read other reviews and this isnt the first time she has had this complaint. Its complete false advertisement. I did notice however, after the fact, if you go into another description, after you click on 3 different screens, that is shows shared bathroom. So she used that as her defense to not issue a refund, even though her house rules she sends, that you are to agree too, state private bathroom. SO, which is it ? and how is the customer suppose to know which applies? The bold statement "private bathroom" or the hidden description ?! Very deceiving !!!
